As a Senior Plumbing Technician at Trevett Project Services, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of various plumbing and water systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the functionality and safety of essential plumbing installations.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be tasked with:
- Conducting service, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems including TMVs, taps, sinks, and toilets.
- Addressing leaks and blockages effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Managing water system assets such as booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.
- Providing exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all work performed, including inspection reports and remedial actions.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in facilities management and building services.
- City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (Legionella – L8 certification is advantageous).
- Hands-on experience with TMVs, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in using mobile devices.
- A background in critical service environments.
