Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our busy headquarters in Oxford. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the bid cycle, creating compelling bid responses, and managing the bid timetable to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Cycle Management: Oversee all stages of the bid cycle, from research and gathering inputs to finalizing bid documents.
  • Bid Response Development: Collaborate with the team to craft compelling bid responses that showcase the company's expertise and capabilities.
  • Timetable Management: Ensure bid team members respond in line with the bid plan, meet deadlines, and maintain compliance and commercial soundness.
  • Document Review and Editing: Review bid documents, gather previous relevant bids and best-practice answers, and proof and edit colleagues' bid response documents.
  • Quality Control: Work with bid team members to ensure a consistent quality of bids and continuously improve and enhance the standards and effectiveness of written responses.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare client presentations and capability statements that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in delivering quality bid submissions in a fast-paced B2B professional services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, phenomenal attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Education: APMP Certification is an advantage.
