About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our team at ARKET in Regent Street. As a Café Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and inviting café environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and genuine way
    • Prepare and provide high-quality coffee and food products
    • Promote the culture, values, and concept of the café
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the team to create a unique local service culture
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Quality and Efficiency
    • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all aspects of café operations
    • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance guest experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in providing personal service. Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry is an asset, but not required.
