We're seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our Regional Civils team at Kier Group, working on a high-profile contract.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be part of the site office team, supporting the implementation of project administration procedures and coordinating the duties of the project administration team.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing and maintaining the project site offices and surrounding environment to ensure a safe and efficient working space.
- Liaising with Group IT to implement IT connectivity and services provision, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Producing and managing the office premises register (Office Management Pack) to maintain accurate records and optimize office operations.
- Providing administrative support to all areas of the project, ensuring timely and effective communication and task completion.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous administrative experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, to efficiently manage documents and data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with the site office team and stakeholders.
