Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical administrative support to our Water Recycling teams.
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly reports.
- Offer business support to multiple teams across the organization.
- Support regional forums and working groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and maths.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet target levels of service.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and framework suppliers at all levels.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and proven customer service experience.
