About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic product roadmap for our ecommerce platform. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for defining, driving, and delivering key ecommerce products and propositions that provide exceptional user experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ecommerce business and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical colleagues to oversee significant product and platform development projects.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications and requirements documentation.
  • Define business cases and benefits realisation in a data-driven environment.
  • Work with UX colleagues to ensure user-centric design principles are applied throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Kanban environment to deliver high-quality products on time.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong product management skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Kanban environment.
