About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic product roadmap for our ecommerce platform. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for defining, driving, and delivering key ecommerce products and propositions that provide exceptional user experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ecommerce business and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver product roadmaps that meet business objectives
  • Work closely with technical colleagues to oversee significant product and platform development projects
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Develop and maintain product specifications and requirements documentation
  • Work with UX colleagues to ensure products meet user experience standards
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Kanban environment to deliver high-quality products
Requirements
  • Experience in an ecommerce environment with a proven track record of delivering successful products
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and Agile principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with data-driven tools and technologies
