Healthy Homes Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Healthy Homes Coordinator to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day planning for the Healthy Homes Team, ensuring that we meet targets and that our customers' expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the scheduling system with appointments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Appoint, monitor, and control the workflow of jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Liaise with customers, management team, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and progress updates
- Manage Disrepair claims and obtain internal disclosure information to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Experience in a customer service/administrative role with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to make recommendations on process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding service with a first-time resolution mindset
