Our workshop team is vital in constructing and maintaining tankers utilized across various sectors, ensuring they adhere to the highest safety and operational standards.

As a Workshop Technician focused on tanker construction and maintenance, you will be a key member of our proficient workshop team.

Your main duties will encompass mechanical assembly, as well as diagnosing and rectifying hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on tankers.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and enhance the safety and dependability of tanker vehicles.


Mechanical Assembly:
Assemble, modify, and repair tanker structures and components utilizing a variety of mechanical tools and techniques.

Hydraulic Systems:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems employed in tankers, including pumps, hoses, and valves. Experience with vehicle or plant hydraulics is highly advantageous.

Pneumatic Systems:
Work on the pneumatic systems of tankers, ensuring the proper operation of air brakes and other pneumatic controls. Assist in the installation and repair of electrical components, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.

Quality Control:
Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of completed work to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain precise records of all repairs and modifications, including parts utilized and time spent on each task.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in mechanical assembly is essential. Knowledge and experience in vehicle/plant hydraulics, pneumatics, and vehicle electrics are desirable.

Skills Required:
Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Detail-oriented, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
