Job Title: Children's Lead Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at HCA UK. As a key member of our Paediatric and Women's Health Physiotherapy team, you will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs
  • Lead the clinical development of staff and the growth and development of the service
  • Manage a complex caseload of approximately 30-50% billable units per day
  • Use expert clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and advanced objective assessment skills for children with complex difficulties
  • Provide supervision to junior and senior therapists
  • Support the Head of Therapies in overseeing the organisation and management of the Paediatric and Women's Health Physiotherapy team

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current registered member of Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • At least 6 years' experience working as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in acute, community and/or education setting
  • Previous experience of people management and leading a team
  • Knowledge and application of paediatric physio assessments and interventions relevant to a Paediatric client group
