In this position, your responsibilities will include interpreting mechanical schematics and assembling parts in accordance with detailed specifications. You will also have the chance to operate manual lathes and milling machines to fabricate components. Precision and teamwork are essential attributes for success in this role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of an apprenticeship or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certification in Machining or Machine-shop fitting.
  • Proficiency in reading mechanical schematics.
  • Experience with manual milling machines or lathes for component fabrication.
  • Familiarity with the assembly of motors and drives, along with basic knowledge of robotic assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
  • Ideally, reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
