Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Operative to join our team at Jade Recruitment Ltd. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating semi or automatic moulding machines, carrying out foil printing of components, and packing and labeling assemblies and other items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate semi or automatic moulding machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Carry out foil printing of components using semi-automatic machine processes.
  • Pack and label assemblies and other items to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Conduct in-process checks as specified and report results on provided forms.
  • Highlight any deviations from specification for correction and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the production team.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted and working for long periods on your feet.
  • Integrity and reliability are essential for maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Initiative and self-motivation are required to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with colleagues and management.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for ensuring high-quality production and minimizing errors.
