Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Handler to join our team at GB - Global. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of claims, including motor damage, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process insurance claims, including reviewing documentation, assessing coverage, and determining claim validity.
- Communicate with customers to gather information, provide updates on their claim, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as claims adjusters and supervisors, to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related activities.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail to accurately review and assess claim documentation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate claim validity.
- Empathy and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customers who may be in stressful situations.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers throughout their claims process.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
