Recovery Claims Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Claims Handler to join our dynamic team at GB - Global. As a Recovery Claims Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a caseload of claims, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Open claims on the office case management system and conduct initial enquiries.
- Communicate with third parties and third-party insurers through letters of claim, telephone calls, and correspondence negotiations to achieve swift settlement.
- Issue court proceedings when necessary and manage litigated claims until settlement or conclusion.
- Ensure full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreements, and client "key performance indicators" for all claims handled independently.
- Maintain 100% data integrity compliance on the office case management system for all own handled claims.
- Adhere to all financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules to ensure full compliance.
- Identify and maximize fee earning opportunities while prioritizing client recoveries.
