Central Sales and Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Reservations Manager to lead our central sales and reservations team at GIOMA (UK) LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the central reservations team to ensure every guest has an exceptional booking experience from start to finish.
- Work closely with the Booking Systems Manager to ensure restaurant book optimization across the estate.
- Develop and implement processes to improve guest experience and team efficiency.
- Build excellent knowledge of our brands and serve as the pivotal point of contact for all head office departments.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure precision communication of campaigns and activations to the team.
- Support reconciliation queries with finance and ensure a smooth consistent approach across the department.
- Develop relationships with BDM's, GM's, and the Ops team both in London and regionally.
- Direct experience of line managing a team.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Open Table, Sevenrooms, The Fork, and Tripleseat.
- Expert relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
