voco Reading Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager / Front Office to lead our front office team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the front office hotel operation, including Reception, Nights, and Guest Services.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional and unique service standards across all areas.
  • Assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of our one-off property front office teams.
  • Contribute to the creation of the brand's reputation, revenue, and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years as Head of Department in a similar size and style hotel environment.
  • High level of guest focus and solid financial and commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking individual with strong Front Office background in a large lifestyle, multi-outlet environment.
  • Confident communicator with ability to lead and develop teams and influence across all areas of the business.
