Production Manager, Hatfield, £65,000

As a seasoned Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company, where you will leverage your expertise in people management to drive efficiency and productivity in production and fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and operations to meet production targets.
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop multi-shift teams to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
  3. Manage picking stock locations to fit current demand and stock levels.
  4. Collaborate internally with other managers to ensure health and safety regulations and other relevant food safety standards are met.
  5. Manage production budgets and resource allocation to optimize the use of equipment, materials, and staffing levels.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Production management experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  3. An in-depth knowledge of production processes, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
  4. Problem-solving skills.
  5. The natural ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing growing environment.
  6. A continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset.
