**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee property developments from empty plots of land to fully operational buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough research on the local property market to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate development plans, taking into consideration a range of legal, social, financial, and environmental factors.
  • Advise clients and colleagues on how to navigate the planning permission process.
  • Prepare and submit applications for planning permission, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Prepare detailed maps and reports to support development plans.
  • Analyze changes in planning policy and law that may impact property development.
  • Liaise with architects, builders, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Measure and value land and property to inform development decisions.
  • Visit property sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with development plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
