Commercial Leadership Development Program

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial team at Reckitt, a global leader in the hygiene, health, and nutrition sectors. As a member of our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing, working on high-profile brands and projects.
Our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme is a 2-year program that will give you a well-rounded understanding of sales and marketing, with rotations in both National Account Management and Brand Management. You will work closely with our experienced team to drive business growth, develop marketing strategies, and analyze market trends.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and brand initiatives
- Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans for key accounts
- Conduct regular analysis and present performance reviews, sharing insights and recommendations
- Achieve revenue, gross margin, and net working capital targets for assigned accounts
- Contribute innovative ideas for brand growth and market presence
- Work with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best-in-class sales execution and promotional compliance
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Support the execution of local marketing and promotional activities, learning from best practices and results
We are looking for recent or current graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for sales and marketing. Previous experience in marketing or sales roles is not essential, but a blend of analytical and creative skills, effective communication, and presentation abilities are highly valued.
