About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial team at Reckitt, a global leader in the hygiene, health, and nutrition sectors. As a member of our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing, working on high-profile brands and projects.

Our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme is a 2-year program that will provide you with a well-rounded understanding of sales and marketing, including rotations in National Account Management and Brand Management. You will work closely with our experienced team to drive business growth, develop innovative marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and brand initiatives
  • Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans for key accounts
  • Conduct regular analysis and present performance reviews to stakeholders
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive brand growth
  • Work with the in-store merchandising team to optimize sales execution and promotional compliance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Requirements

We are looking for recent or current graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for sales and marketing. Previous experience in marketing or sales roles is not essential, but a blend of analytical and creative skills is highly valued. Effective communication and presentation abilities are also essential for success in this role.
