About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to join our team at a leading care home provider in Burnley. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Liaise with residents' families and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a residential home, preferably in elderly care.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in health or social care, such as a degree or diploma.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
