Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and trauma-responsive interventions with adults presenting with addictions and substance misuse.
- Lead reflective practice groups and provide clinical supervision and training to key worker staff.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in substance misuse treatment and incorporate evidence-based approaches into practice.
- Clinical, Counselling, and Forensic Psychologists with experience in working with substance misuse and addictions.
- Ability to work with adults presenting with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of up to £66,300 per year.
