Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and trauma-responsive interventions with adults presenting with addictions and substance misuse.
  • Lead reflective practice groups and provide clinical supervision and training to key worker staff.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in substance misuse treatment and incorporate evidence-based approaches into practice.
Requirements
  • Clinical, Counselling, and Forensic Psychologists with experience in working with substance misuse and addictions.
  • Ability to work with adults presenting with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
