About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Activity Support Assistant to join our Adult Services team. As part of our team, you will support autistic and neurodivergent adults living in our residential homes to access the community, encouraging them in all aspects of their daily lives and helping them to live as safely and independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults to access a range of activities in the community, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Help develop independent living skills and encourage participation in community activities.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality support to adults.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with the adults you support.
About You

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. While previous experience in health and social care is not essential, our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring will give you the skills and tools you need to thrive in your career.

We are looking for a good team player with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience for what can be a demanding role. You should be friendly and approachable with good communication skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with the adults you support.
