Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to drive progress across multiple departments, ensuring projects are executed in alignment with company policies, processes, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the Head of Projects to develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- HND in a technical or engineering discipline.
- A formal project management qualification.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects within a construction environment.
- Experience in project controls, including planning, monitoring, and reviewing both schedules and costs.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
