Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:

Client Relations:

Risk Assessment:

Financial and Resource Management:

Effectively manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation. Monitor and control project costs to meet financial goals.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in successful business development within a civil engineering consultancy. Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in engineering software and design tools.
