- Proven experience as a Lead Cost Consultant, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Expertise in contract management, with a solid understanding of standard contract frameworks (e.g., NEC).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for cultivating effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong financial insight and analytical capabilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS) is beneficial but not essential.
