We are seeking a Service Centre Manager who is motivated by achieving high standards of success and quality. This role entails accountability for local contracts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes and performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align operational objectives with business and client requirements.
- Lead as the Service Centre Manager, possessing authority over key decisions.
- Support essential business results and enhancements to IT systems.
- Proactively address financial challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Evaluate site performance, suggest improvements, and introduce new requirements.
- Develop and disseminate best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Encourage employee growth and reduce turnover through strong leadership.
- Oversee budgets, allocate resources effectively, and prepare management reports.
