Position Summary: We are currently in search of a Lead Biomedical Engineer to enhance our team in response to expanding business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and oversee a team of 2 engineers, ensuring their professional development.
  • Deliver technical support and expertise to both engineers and clients as required.
  • Conduct servicing and repairs on a diverse array of medical apparatus.
  • Manage tasks both in the workshop and on-site, with a primary emphasis on workshop operations.
  • Oversee the commissioning of equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling medical technology.
  • Able to work effectively in both workshop and field environments.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £35,000 and £40,000, with the potential to reach £45,000.

Working Hours: Standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.

Benefits: The role includes a holiday package of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, a pension scheme, and a pool van for site visits.
