Mission

We are on the lookout for a Platform Product Lead to join our dedicated team. This position is perfect for individuals with a technical foundation who are enthusiastic about developing robust, scalable systems. As a Platform Product Lead, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to outline a suite of public-facing APIs that support Attractions, utilized both internally and externally to shape the future of guest interactions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Engage with internal teams, clients, and fellow product team members to establish product specifications and strategic roadmaps.
  • Perform market research and competitive assessments to guide product strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and prioritization of the platform product backlog.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the timely rollout of new platform APIs, features, and enhancements.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering insights to inform future development.
  • Update stakeholders on product advancements and progress.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical capacity within a product management framework.
  • A solid grasp and experience with platform technologies and architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in leading the development of APIs and services.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
