Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing academic support and guidance to students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one academic support to students in multiple A-Level subjects
- Develop and deliver group sessions to support students who require additional guidance
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Assess student needs and develop tailored support plans to meet their individual requirements
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a child-centered role or tutoring/mentoring
- Aspirations of becoming a qualified teacher or working in education
- Core subject degree from a Top 30 UK University
- Ability to work with students who have Special Educational and Mental Health needs
