Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate clients, ensuring excellent service provision and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
  • Insurance Solutions: Develop and implement tailored insurance programs and risk management strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet the client's needs, and work to grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Insurance Industry Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial risks and client relationship management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Effective communicator and presenter, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: ACII or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
