Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry Central Home Counties, based in our Broxbourne office in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to our projects, ensuring that we achieve the required standards and quality while minimizing costs and enhancing margin and value for money.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all costs related to our projects, including procurement, construction, and materials.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to minimize project costs and enhance margin and value for money.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that costs are accurately estimated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide cost management advice to project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a related cost management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, procurement, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and other professionals.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, concise recommendations to stakeholders.
