About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment that meets customer expectations
- Coordinate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for colleagues and promoting a positive work culture
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive results
