Store Supervisor

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks UK. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.

• Lead shifts and manage store operations to ensure seamless customer experience
• Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and profitability
• Implement operational excellence and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee and food preparation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
