Role Overview
This is not your typical customer service position; it is multifaceted, ensuring that each day presents new challenges. Communication will occur through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will engage with high-value clients, offering them tailored support and assistance.
As part of your responsibilities, you will meet with clients regularly, fostering strong relationships and collaborating with an Account Manager.
Additionally, you will host monthly webinars to keep clients informed about updates to our systems, ensuring they are well-versed in any changes.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive support for all customer needs related to Business-to-Business accounts, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding Business Accounts, which may include new card requests, report access, and invoice downloads, with a strong emphasis on the adoption of our systems.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our Business Products, including both front-end and back-end functionalities, to effectively support customers.
• Engage with over 1000 self-service customers annually to assess their evolving business needs and offer additional support as required.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines, resolving queries promptly and in accordance with service level agreements.
Qualifications
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• Familiarity with tools such as Business Booker, Business Account MI portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Sales Portal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to influence customer decisions effectively.
• Strong understanding of the benefits and values of our Business Products.
• Experience in managing challenging customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate across various teams within the organization to achieve common goals.
