Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Technician to join our team at Reed, a leading Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform NDT of in-process and finished machined components and high integrity fabrication welds to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Produce technical NDT reports and understand the differences between Ferromagnetic & Non-Ferromagnetic Alloy materials.
  • Competently use Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word.
  • Be flexible and willing to work overtime to meet customer requirements.
  • Engage in personal development and be willing to increase knowledge in the field.
  • Assist in various other QC activities such as Pressure Testing, Hardness Testing, Heat Treatment, PMI, and Thickness Checks.
Requirements
  • Experience in producing technical NDT reports.
  • Knowledge of welding processes and Engineering Standards such as ASME / API is advantageous but not essential.
  • DPI PCN Level 2.
  • PCN Level 2.
  • MPI PCN Level 2.
