Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-calibre Operations/Manufacturing Senior Management professional to assume overall P&L responsibility for several Production Plants and Distribution Centres within the UK & Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and further develop site-based teams spanning production, process engineering, logistics, supply chain, and HSE.
- Drive the Global Corporation's Lean Manufacturing initiative, creating and maintaining a Continuous Improvement and Best Practice culture.
- Conduct manufacturing capability assessments of potential acquisitions, involvement in new site builds and commissioning, and expansion of responsibilities to include the subsequent leadership and management of additional sites.
Requirements:
- Degree and Lean Six Sigma (or similar) certification.
- Senior Operations Management experience gained in a liquid mixing, blending, and filling manufacturing/processing environment.
- Strategically and tactically effective, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent commercial awareness and budgetary management skills.
