We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our depot in the Ulverston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, while driving growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Manage stock control and inventory levels to optimize efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advisory support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and stock control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel
