Job Overview

A marine broking role in a dynamic and expanding independent Lloyd's Broker, IDEX Consulting Ltd, without any expectations to produce business or bring over clients, taking advantage of an established global marine portfolio to run.

This is a key hire opportunity to join the team as a Senior Marine Broker, focusing predominately on global marine hull and war risks, with some cargo and P&I.

You will become an integral part of the team, where you will utilise your strong underwriter network by being market facing, building relationships with new and existing syndicates / insurers to place complex marine risks.

You will have opportunities to get involved in travelling / production over time and will be fully supported by the business, although would not be a prerequisite.

A competitive salary up to £100k is on offer, an attractive benefits package and bonus. Benefits include flexible working, 10% employer contribution and full health assessments as well as Mat and Pat leave.

We will be able to consider Marine Brokers with Hull experience, ideally those with years experience.
