- Support the Band 7 team leader in managing the team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and student nurses, helping to lead and manage their development.
- Provide evidence-based, holistic care to a wide range of patients, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Observe and adhere to the rules, policies, procedures, and standards of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, as well as relevant statutory and professional obligations.
- 1st level Registered Paediatric Nurse qualification.
- Mentorship programme or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrable clinical expertise, relevant to the area.
- Team building and working skills, with the ability to lead a team to achieve results.
