As a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the department in the absence of more senior staff, escalating where necessary. Person Specification- Essential:
- 1st level Registered Paediatric Nurse

- Communication skills - able to relate and communicate with patients and staff at all levels and from different professions
- Team building and working skills - able to lead a team to achieve results
