Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Site Operations Managers will oversee project execution, primarily on clean water facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.

The role may involve travel and overnight stays as necessary.

You will be expected to possess the following qualifications:

  • Valid CSCS Blue card or a commitment to obtain one
  • EUSR Water Hygiene Card or a commitment to obtain one
  • Certification in Confined Spaces or a commitment to obtain one
  • SSSTS certification or a commitment to obtain one
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role on-site
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and work independently
  • Self-motivated with a track record of completing tasks with minimal oversight
  • Capability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols
  • Proactive approach to Health & Safety, with the ability to report relevant issues
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

We value attitude over formal qualifications. The ideal Site Operations Managers will hold a clean driving license and have a solid understanding of concrete repair processes. Experience within the water industry is highly beneficial.
