About the Role

Eventus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Support team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Support team, ensuring that clients and colleagues receive a professional service.
  • Liaise closely with the team of IFA's and Wealth Managers to deliver workflow responsibilities.
  • Use various back-office systems to manage client information and deliver administrative tasks.
  • Respond to general enquiries by telephone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Book client meetings and manage diaries to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Prepare documentation for Partner and Advisor meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete follow-up client correspondence after meetings and associated tasks.
  • Update and input client information onto internal CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Gather and chase information from third-party providers and pass to the relevant team.
  • Ensure all information required for writing client reports is available to the paraplanners and packaged accordingly.
  • Liaise with Head Office and admin centres as required.
  • Attend forums and workshops as appropriate for personal development.
Person Specification
  • A proven record in a previous financial services administration role.
  • Excellent written English skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently in a busy fast-paced office environment.
  • Confident communication skills with team members, advisors, and clients both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • An excellent level of knowledge and understanding using all Microsoft programmes.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
  • A flexible approach to day-to-day activities, adapting to the needs of the business.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
