We're seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, focusing on delivering exceptional food and service.
  • Manage catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our clients and students.
  • Drive sales through promotions and added-value events, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor and control controllable costs, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of company systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
About You

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. You'll need:

  • OND or HND qualification (advantageous but not essential)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
  • Line management experience
  • Experience in a similar environment
