About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to management, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to management to inform business strategy and growth initiatives
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  • Business Partnership
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their financial needs and priorities
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
    • Provide financial guidance and support to business teams to drive growth and profitability
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights and analysis to management
    • Perform root cause analysis to identify and address financial issues and opportunities
    • Prepare and present financial results and analysis to management and stakeholders
  • Planning and Forecasting
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely financial plans and forecasts
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Strong academic background with a 2.1 or better in a relevant degree, ideally Qualified ACA/CIMA or another relevant professional qualification in finance
  • Experience
    • Proven commercial finance and business partnering experience within a consultancy or industry
    • Good understanding of project accounting and financial management principles
    • Robust analytical and modelling skills, particularly using Excel
    • Experience with Group ERP systems
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong business acumen and financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
