Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial analysts and providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and develop financial plans to support them.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong understanding of cost planning and financial planning processes.
  • Previous leadership experience, with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
