Position Overview:
As a Graduate/Trainee Personal Tutor, you will enhance your training capabilities through our comprehensive training program, equipping you with the skills to deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the Graduate Personal Tutor training program and obtain professional qualifications, including AiET and TAQA.
- Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their work-based qualifications through outstanding teaching practices.
- Comply with GDPR regulations and adhere to all internal information and data security policies.


Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT.
- At least Level 3 in the relevant vocational area and relevant occupational experience.
- Ideally, possess a Level 5 qualification in Early Years.


Experience:
- Background in Early Years at a senior or managerial level.
- Proven experience in delivering training or knowledge-sharing activities.
- Track record of meeting targets and deadlines independently.


Additional Skills:
- Understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Safeguarding principles.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a willingness to learn new skills.
