Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have a strong understanding of learning difficulties and mental health conditions, which will be invaluable in supporting students with their personal and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students one-to-one with their personal and academic development
  • Accompany students to their lessons and spend time with them in the student support unit
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible support

Requirements:

  • Has a BSc (Hons) Psychology or A-level in Psychology
  • Has or is willing to gain an enhanced DBS
  • Has good communication skills
  • Is confident in front of large groups
