Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist support and advice to colleagues to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that exceeds statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD qualification.
  • Proven experience in a care home setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
