About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that is truly exceptional.
